- Added e2e testing suite with Playwright on the Angular client and migrated it from v15 to v21, improving build time and leveraging the framework's latest features
- Integrated the Banca Transilvania payment processor to accommodate 1-phase transactions following bank's team specifications
- Owned implementation of new features and partner's REST APIs integrations enabling free public transport tickets for students in the app and secured bill payment flows
- Refactored codebase following Clean Code and SOLID principles, and prepared it for automated deployments.
- Developed scheduled background jobs for different purposes like bulk-activate tens of thousands of public transport tickets per run, ensuring reliable processing.

- Integrated 15+ third-party REST APIs (shipping and tracking systems of Amazon, UPS, DHL, DPD etc.) in a secure and resilient way, implementing OAuth workflows, performance caching and retry mechanisms.
- Developed end-to-end shipment management features in a modular .NET 8 + Blazor WASM stack, applying Clean Code and Clean Architecture principles, with unit and integration testing using xUnit.
- Built 20+ ETL pipelines processing tens of thousands of daily records from multiple sources like files (Excel, CSV, EDIFACT) or carriers APIs, powering BI dashboards and analytics consumed by e-commerce clients.
- Collaborated with business stakeholders to translate logistics requirements into scalable technical solutions.
